- 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pickles or avocado slices (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Bread:
