HERB AND GARLIC STUFFING

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the cubed bread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until softened and fragrant. Stir in the dried thyme, sage, rosemary, and black pepper, cooking for another minute.
